E-Tickets purchsed via this website must be used on the date and time chosen. They can be redeemed either by printing and handing in on admission or by displaying to the admission staff from any device.

If you are unable to attend on the date or time chosen, please contact tickets@wythall.org.uk to arrange an alternative date. Please have your ticket reference number(s) ready.

Any Guide Book purchased will be available to collect at the admission kiosk

The museum closes at 4.30pm, last attendance is 3.30pm. On busy days you may be asked to limit your visit to two hours

REFUND POLICY

You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the e-ticket has not been redeemed
